I facilitate a support group for women that meets online every other Tuesday from 5:00-6:15pm. Participants are bright, quirky, and kind people who help each other feel comfortable talking about challenging topics. We discuss stress, self-care, relationships, family, social anxiety, ADHD, and focusing on what matters most to you.
There may be spaces available in group, even when I am not taking new clients for individual therapy. Contact me to inquire about current availability and see if this may be a fit for you.
